N.Z. Closes Moscow Legation

LONDON, June 12 (Rec. 10 a.m.). —The Associated Press correspondent at Moscow says that the New Zealand Legation in Moscow was closed today and the charge d’affaires, Mr D. P. Costello, will leave Moscow tomorrow. The British Embassy will handle New Zealand interests in Moscow. Mr Costello, who has been in Moscow since 1944, is going direct to London and will then fly to New Zealand for consultations.
