East European Treaties
The International Court .of Justice at The Hague has decided that there is a dispute between the Western Powers and Hungary, Bulgaria, and Rumania. The United Nations had sought a ruling on whether there had been violations of the three East European countries’ peace treaties in respect of the clauses on human rights. —The Hague, March 31.
