INDIAN CIVIL SERVANTS OFFER TO CUT WAGES
LONDON, November 11 (Rec 11.30 a.m.). —The Associated Press New Delhi correspondent says that the Indian Government today accepted a voluntary offer by its employees for their salaries to be cut, in the interests of national economy and the fight against inflation.' The cut will affect Pandit Nehru and his Cabinet colleagues. It will be effective for the next 28 months.
