Clothes and outfits for the members of the New Zealand team competing in the Empire Games at Auckland m February would cost £2225, said a renort from the games administration committee adopted by the executive of the New.. Zealand Olympic and Empire Games Association m Wellington last evening. The total of 180 in the team was divided as follows:—Athletics, 40 men, 15 women; swimming, 26 men, 15 women; fencing 15 men, four women; boxing, eight men; cycling, 15 men; weight-lifting, eight men; rowing, 18 men; wrestling, eight men; bowling, eight men. The team would enter camp at Ardmore by January 25, four days after the camp opened, said the chairman (Mr A. D. Bayfield). Overseas teams would enter the camp on January 21, a fortnight before the Games' started—(P.A.) Rugby Union Profit The Wellington Rugby Union’s profit last season was approximately £4OOO and it will be utilised to improve Athletic Park. This was reported at last night’s meeting of the union.—(P.A.)
