WELLINGTON, This Day (P.A.).— Charged with carrying on the business of a bookmaker, Frederick Arthur Mervyn Kitching, aged 49, was fined £lOO by Mr A. A. McLachlan S.M. in the Lower Hutt Magistrate’s Court today.
