Trade With Soviet Zone
BERLIN, September 26 (Rec. 11 a.m.).—A spokesman of the United States High Commissioner in Germany today announced that a trade agreement had been reached between Western Germany and the Soviet zone. The West German Ministry of Food and Agriculture said that large deliveries of food and fodder from the Soviet zone were expected.
