PARIS, September 25 (Rec. 10 a.m. —Reginald Harris, of Manchester, the world professional cycling sprint champion, may be seen in New Zealand at the end of next year. He said he had turned down an invitation to tour Australia because the promoters had not offered sufficient security. He had been invited to visit New Zealand from November, 1950, to March, 1951, and, if conditions were more favourable than those from Australia, he would be pleased to accept.
