BUTCHERS REDUCE PRICE OF MUTTON
AUCKLAND, This Day (P.A.).— The price of mutton sold by Auckland butchers’ .shops from Monday next will be reduced by one penny per pound, the president of the Master Butchers’ Association, Mr A. W. Scotting, said today. The supply of fat wethers had improved.and the butchers were voluntarily passing on the benefit to the public.
