LONDON, September 19 (Rec. 2 p.m.).—Five hundred boilermakers on the ship-building side at the Vickers Armstrong works at Barrow struck today and another 500 on the engineering side will join them toAnother 1000 electricians today joined the 2500 men idle in Northern Ireland. , Strike action on a big scale by Irish shipyard and aircraft factory men is feared.
