“Time Limit” Expires

LONDON, September 1 (Rec. 9 a.m.). —The “time limit” for the conference of Foreign Ministers’ deputies, who have been considering the Austrian treaty in London for two months, expired today. The deputies will have a farewell meeting tonight, at which they will decide whether and when the talks will be resumed. There have been five sessions extending over two and a half years.
