AUCKLAND, This Day (P.A.). —Australia was seven or eight years ahead of New Zealand in aircraft, equipment, navigational aids, around organisation and service, said Air Chrief Marshal Sir Keith Park, who, with Lady Park, returned in the Monowai today from a business tour of Australia. Sir Keith said that keen competition between the Government and ’ the private airlines kept fares far below those here. He thought New Zealand National Airways officials should tour Australia periodically.. The Government monopoly of the airlines here was reflected in the poor service and high charges. It was not fair for the travelling public.,
