Crossing Signs To Be Erected At Brunner
Following the receipt of correspondence from the civil engineer, Railways Department, the Brunner Borough Council at its meeting last week, decided to erect crossing signs at the approach roads to the level crossing at the Brunner station. The clerk was instructed to ask for action by the Railways Department in clearing gorse and blackberries in the vicinity of Dobson. The overseer was instructed to give attention to water lying at the western end of the Taylorville foot-bridge. Four building permits were issued. Present at the meeting were the Mayor (Mr W. N. Gutberlet) and Cr-s Morgan, Quinn, Boustridge, Robb and McNeish.
