COAST TEAM TO PLAY FOR MAWHERA CUP
No changes have been made by the selectors, Messrs I. Burn and L. Seguin, in the West Coast men’s hockey team to play Buller for the Mawhera Cup at Grey mouth on September 10. The team is as follows:— Goal I. Emmerson; backs, G. Swinburn (captain), D. Nimmo; halves, K. Ward, J. Hurren, P. Smith; forwards, K. Kendon, R. Sumner, S. Hill, M. Eatwell, A. Boustridge. Emergencies,—P. Clarke (forward), D. Pengelly.
