PLAN FOR TUNNEL UNDER MOUNT BLANC
LONDON, August 2 (Rec. 9 a.m.) .— The United Press Paris correspondent says that the French Cabinet today approved a plan to link France, Switzerland and Italy by tunnel under Mont Blanc. The three countries and possibly Britain will take part in the plan work on the tunnel. It is expected to. take at least five years.
