Britain Seeks Trade With Russians
(Rec. 9.40 a.m.) , ' LONDON, March 13. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr Harold Wilson, has written to the Soviet Ambassador in London suggesting that the trade negotiations between Britain and the Soviet should be reopened. Under the last Anglo-Russian agreement. Britain obtained coarse grain and timber in return tor British machinery and other manufactured goods.
