50-50 CHANCE OF PEACE: ORR’S VIEW
(Ree. 11 a.m.> pARIS March 13 . Lord Orr, president of the Movement fcr World Federation Government declared that there was only a 50-o0 chance of peace. “At the present time we have approximately 50 chances in 100 that the great scientific discoveries will be used for the benefit of humanity,” he said. “Public opinion only is powerful. Every Government including the Soviet Government ,is sensitive to public opinion.”
