RIFLE SHOOTING Boddy Wins President’s Trophy At Taylorville
The Greymouth Defence Rifle Club s competition for the president’s' trophy was fired off on the Taylorville range on Saturday afternoon. Because of a changeable light, conditions were difficult. Rifleman J. Boddy shot well to win with a total of 98. W. Jackson, who scored 97 points, was runner-up. Following are the leading scores: J Boddv 98, W. Jackson 97, S. Davy 93, M. .Garth 90, F. Bell 90, P. Wafer 90, G. Eder 89, P. Malone 88. D. Halgate 84. J. Scorgie 82, G. Boddy 81.
