CHANGE OF VENUE FOR MURDER RE-TRIAL REFUSED
(P A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A motion by the accused's counsel. Mr G. Joseph, before the Chief Justice (Sir Humphrey O’Leary) today for a change of venue from Christchurch for the re-trial ordered by the Court of Appeal of William Albertus Ivan Stuck, aged 40, a butcher on a charge of murder, was dismissed. The Crown opposed the /notion.
