WIN PRAISE WITH ORANGE TART You, too, can win the family’s approval with this delicious Orange Tart, easily made with Fether-Flake, the perfect puff pastry that is ready to roll out and bake. Orange Tart: 6oz Fether-Flake baked on a plate. 1 egg: 1 orange (grated rind and juice); 1 slightly heaped tablespoon cornflour; | ’ pint water; 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix the cornflour smooth with the orange juice. Put all ingredients except the egg into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, add yolk of egg. Pour into Fether-Flake case. Cover with meringue made with beaten white and 1 tablespoon sugar. Brown in cool oven. Fether-Flake is now in better supply at all Ernest Adams, Ltd., Cake Shops and Agencies.—Advt.
