ARE REBELS IN GREECE BEING SUPPLIED BY AIR?
(Rec. 1 pm.) ATHENS, Oct. 10.< A Greek General Staff communique claimed that three aircraft of unknown nationality today flew over Peloponnesus in Southern Greece and dropped supplies to the guerrillas. It is believed that “General” Markos’s forces are being supplied by air following the sinking by the Greek Navy three weeks ago of a supply ship laden with arms and ammunition, which was reported to have sailed from an Albanian port.
