The following weather forecast was issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, at noon today: — Situation: A ifidge of high pressure over the central Tasman Sea is moving towards New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. tomorrow: Light to moderate variable winds; isolated showers north of Greymouth but otherwise fair to fine; day temperatures moderate with some frosts tonight. Further outlook: Mainly fair.
