FRESH MEAT FOR NORFOLK
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The first shipment of fresh meat to be flown to Norfolk Island will leave Auckland tomorrow in two Air Force Dakotas. This may be the forerunner of a regular exchange of foodstuffs.
Besides three tons of meat, the Dakotas will carry 14001 b of whaling gear for a syndicate which chases whales off Norfolk while they are heading for’ the Antarctic.
