COMMUNIST MOVE TO STRENGTHEN GOVERNING POWER

(Rec. 11 a.m.) BELGRADE, August 12. The newspapers report that three Ministers have been replaced and a new Vice-President appointed in Bosnia-Herzegovina, says the Associated Press correspondent.
