COMMUNIST MOVE TO STRENGTHEN GOVERNING POWER
(Rec. 11 a.m.) BELGRADE, August 12. The newspapers report that three Ministers have been replaced and a new Vice-President appointed in Bosnia-Herzegovina, says the Associated Press correspondent. It is the second time that the Jugoslav Communists have swept high State Ministers out of office in an attempt to strengthen their governing power. No reason is given for the changes, which follow the dismissal last week of the Montenegrin Vice-President and several Ministers.
