RUNANGA SCORES IN INTER-CLUB DEBATE

Teams from the St Columba and Runanga Debating Clubs met last evening, when St Columba Club challenged the holders for the Kent Honours Board. The subject was: “That New Zealand’s economic defensive system should be joined with that of Australia in the interests of security in the Pacific.” The Runanga team won the debate, scoring 330 points to St Columba’s 3201 The Rev.
