SIX MORE PARALYSIS CASES REPORTED IN AUCKLAND DISTRICT
(P A ) AUCKLAND, March 15. Six more positive cases of infantile paralysis were reported in the Auckland province today, four in the South Auckland health district ana two in the Central Auckland district. The new positive cases in the Auckland Hospital are both adu s from the city area. One is a seaman aged 40, from a merchant ship which has been in port for several weeks. He was admitted to hospital a foi t night ago, when it was thought he was suffering from another illness. The second positive case is also an. adult who was admitted as a suspect Se Three d po S siUv O e cases of poliomyelitis were admitted to the Rotorua tt b rhivin tf the week-end, bringing the total for the district since the epidemic started to five. They were a girl aged * tour from Murupara, about 40 miles from Rntorua a girl aged six, and a boy aged three from Waipa, about three miles from Rotorua.
