At the annual meeting of the Waiuta Rugby Football Club, Mr P. J. Darby presided- over a large attdrclciiT.ee • The following officers were elected: Patron, Mr C. F. Skinner; president, Mr P. J. Darby, secretary, Mr J. Nailer; vice-presidents, 16 elected; treasurer, Mr P. J. Darby; trustees, Messrs E. F.. Byrne and H. A. Ord; delegates to Inangahua sub-union, Messrs J. Robertson and R. R. Smith; custodian and manager, Mr J. M. Taylor; timekeeper, Mr P. J. Darby; selectors, Messrs J. T. Nailor and E. F. Byrne; club captain, Mr J. T. Nailor.
It was decided to nominate a senior team in the Inangahua competition for the forthcoming season. It was also decided that the Domain Board be approached with a view to having repairs done at the domain.
