REEFTON APPLICATIONS HEARD IN WARDEN’S COURT
(0.C.) REEFTON, November 13. At a sitting of the Warden’s Court before Mr H. P. Lawry S.M., at Reefton, the following applications were heard:—
G. N. Curtis, coal "prospecting licence, Reefton S.D. (objected to by W. G. Chandler). —Tile application lapsed, the Minister’s consent having been refused. S. C. Griggs, mineral license, 5 acres Mawheraiti S.D.— Recommended for Minister’s consent, royalty rate to be referred to Inspector of Mines. W. T. Blackmun, ordinary prospecting licence, 100 acres, Mawheraiti S.D.—Granted. Snowy River Gold Dredging Coy Ltd, surrender special dredging claim and part of dredging claim under licence 9114. —Accepted. J. T. Nailer, additional residence site licence.—Granted. Blackwater Mines Ltd, additional residence site licence.— Granted. J. T. Nailer, registration of deed_ of assignment after prescribed period has lapsed.—Granted but fined Is. On a judgment summons in the Magistrate’s Court, W: Ricarlton was ordered to pay at once the full amount of the judgment, with costs, a total of £l6 7s 7d.
