U.S. TENNIS STAR TURNS PROFESSIONAL
(Rec. 2 p.m.) CHICAGO, Nov. 12. Jack Kramer today turned professional for a yearly salary of 50,00-; dollars, which is the largest contract ever offered a tennis star. Kramer will engage Bobby Riggs, the national professional champion, in a tour opening at Madison Square Garden, New Yo.-k, on December 26. They will play between ,50 and 60 matches on a lour which will include South Africa.
