Broom. (Cytisus seoparius). Foxglove. (Digitalis purpurea). Gorse. (Ulex europaeus). Ragwort or Ragweed (Senecio jacobaea). Further notice is hereby given that the foregoing Resolution will be subqritted for confirmation as a Special Order to the ordinary Monthly meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chamber,. ATOTICE is hereby given that the Inangahua County Council proposes at its meeting to be l.eld on the 23rd October, 1947, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government • Loans Beard for its sanction to the borrowing’ of the surri of £ 1500 with iriterest and sinking fund charges respectively, not exceeding £3 10s per centum per annum, for the purpose of the installation of a domestic water supply scheme in the Black’s Point Irrigation District. The currency of the’ Loan is for a period of 30 years during such time the said loan will be repaid by half yearly, instalments. Security for the Loan is to be Debentures for the repayment of which a Special Rate of One Shilling and Six Pence in the Pound on the Unimproved Value of all the rateable properties' within the Black’s Point Irrigation - District will be appropriated and pledged. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Inangahua County Council not later than the day proceeding the said meeting. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given x that at a Special Meeting held on the 25th September, 1947, the Inangahua County Council resolved by way of Special Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon it under the provisions of the Water Supply Act, 1908, on a petition of the Ratepayers concerned, that a District to be known as “The Black’s Point Irrigation District” be formed, such District to include: All that area in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County, being Town of Black’s Point, and Section 195, Square 131, together with Crown Land, situated in Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, and bounded as follows:—Commencing at the Northern Corner of Section 19, Town of Black’s Point: thence by the North-East boundary of the said Section 19, by a right line across Trennery street to tne North Corner of Section 1 and by the North-Eastern Boundary of the said section 1; thence by the SouthEastern boundaries of Sections 1 to 18 inclusive, to the southern corner of the said Section 18; thence by a right line to the intersection on the right bank of Murray’s Creek of the prolongation of the SouthEastern boundary of. Section 85, and by that line to the East corner of Section 85 aforesaid; thence by a right line to the Eastern corner of Section 252 and by the SouthEastern boundary of the said Section 252 aforesaid to its junction with the left bank of the Inangahua river; thence by a right line to the Southern corner of Section 195, Square 131, Block XIV, Reef ton Survey District, and by the SouthWestern and North-Western boundaries of tne said Section 195, Square 131, and by the prolongation of the aforesaid North-West-ern boundary to its junction with the left bank of the Inangahua river; thence along the left bank of the river to its junction with the prolongation, of the North-Eastern boundary of Section 19, and bythis line to the point of commencement A copy of this Resolution together with a plan showing .the area to be included in such District, may be inspected at the Council Office, Reefton, during office hours. The above Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at the next ordinary monthly meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chamber, Reefton, on THURSDAY, October 23, 1947, at 10 a.m., and any person having any objections to tne proposal is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Inangahua County Council not later than the day preceding such meeting. • Dated at Reefton this 25th day of September, 1947.
