BOWLING Official Opening Of Cobden Club
The official opening of the Cobden Bowling Club took place on Saturday in fine weather. The president (Mr J. Stokes) welcomed visiting players and in declaring the club open he asked Mrs K. Mountford to play the first kitty and Mrs J. Stokes to play the first bowl. ■,
Mr J. Sharp, of the West Coast Bowling Centre, congratulated the Cobden club on the appearance of its green, and surroundings.
