Paul Spaak, Prime Minister of Belgium and head of the Belgian delegation to the United _ Nations General Assembly, left by air today lor Brussels,. after declaring that me Assembly had achieved “nothing/’ He said that he had to return home to attend to business and he did not expect to return to any further meetings of the Assembly this session.
