Tidal Wave at Swatow
The Mayor of Swatow has appealed for aid for 10,000 people made homeless by a six-foot tidal wave which swept through the city during a typhoon on Tuesday. Earlier .reports from Swatow said that 20.00 people were killed.—Hong Kong, October 10.
