U.S. EXPEDITION TO THE ANTARCTIC
WASHINGTON, Sept. 25
The United States Navy announced today that another expedition will be sent to the Antarctic this autumn. Two ice-breakers will be sent to inspect the Little America area, and to collect, additional hydrographic information, as well as to give cold weather training to personnel.
