Air-Minded Dog
Even the sheepdogs of war-weary Europe know what to do about aeroplanes. When a visiting squadron of United States Superfortress bombers circled an American field in Germany to land, a dog shepherding a flock sighted the aircraft. He circled his charges into a compact bunch and ushered them back from the edge of the runway long before the first plane swung in for the final approach.
