SOVIET COMPANIES IN HUNGARY
BUDAPEST, Sept. 24.
Replying to a British Note delivered last month, the Hungarian Government declares that equal facilities will be granted to commercial companies working for Hungary’s industrial development regardless of whether they are in Hungarian, Russian, British, or American hands.
The British Note complained strongly against Hungary’s granting privileges to Russian-Hungarian companies, such as special tax exemptions, contrary to the peace treaty.
