(Rec. 2 p.m.) BATAVIA, Sept. 3. The Jogjakarta radio, in its nightly counterblast to the Dutch communique alleging further Indonesian breaches of the cease fire, listed six alleged Dutch attacks in Java and quoted a delayed report stating that a Dutch naval vessel on August 25 shelled Bengkalis, an island off Sumatra. Indonesian batteries are reported to have driven off the vessel.
