After negotiations lasting more than a month the Polish and Russian Governments have agreed that the major part of the port of Stettin shall now pass under Polish administration with the understanding.that the entire port will soon come under Polish control, says the Warsaw correspondent of The Times. The Russians, in accordance with this agreement, will payrent to Poland for the sections of the port they use temporarily.—London, February 13.
