LOCAL RECORDINGS. g a.m.—Barometer, 29.68 inches (1005 millibars); thermometer, 49: Iwind, north-east (fresh breeze); sky, overcast with drizzle; bar, considerable swell; rainfall, 1.50 inches. (The total rainfall to date this year is 8.03 inches.) The depth on the bay at high water yesterday was 22ft /in.
