100 Per Cent. Vote For Mr. Stalin
(Rec. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 10. The Moscow radio 5 announced that when the polling closed in the elections to the Supreme Soviet of the U.S.S.R., a 100 per cent; ballot was cast for Mr. Stalin in his constituency of Moscow.
