Course Record Set By Pedantic
A new course record was set by Pedantic when he won the Kumara Handicap at Omoto on Saturday. Pedantic won comfortably after a keen tussle in the straight in the time of 1.39 3-5. The previous record of 1.40 3-5 for the mile was established by Sham Boy in 1944.
