GERMAN NATIONALISM
REVIVAL CAUSES CONCERN IN AMERICA (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7. The revival of German nationalism, especially in relation to the coming peace treaties, is causing concern in the United States, said Dr. James Pollock, speaking at Stuttgart. Dr. Pollock, who is special adviser to General Clay, added that Germans should observe a reasonable amount of modesty in this direction, but it was not often noticeable. He had discovered tendencies in political parties which were hardly consonant with democracy.
