(P.A.) AUCKLAND, Feb. 6. The New Zealand team, which is scheduled to leave for a tour of Great Britain at the end of July, will complete its tour with several matches in France at the end of December, or in January of next year. To-night the National Council of the League code decided to accept an invitation, received a few days ago from the French League, and it also decided, as a reciprocal gesture, to invite a French team, which is scheduled to-tour Australia in 1948, to play some matches in the Dominion. .
