Forecast to 5 p.m. to-morrow: Moderate, variable winds; weather cloudy and mild, with occasional rain in South Westland, and scattered drizzle elsewhere. Further outlook: Little change. LOCAL RECORDINGS. 9 a.m.: Barometer, 30.06 inches (1018 millibars); themometer, 61; wind, north east (light breeze); sky, overcast; bar, moderate swell; rainfall, 0 01 inches (The total rainfall to date this year is 5.91 inches). -The dept-h--on the bar at high water yesterday was .25ft 6ins.
