GLADIOLI CLUB SHOW
LIST OF MAIN AWARDS AT WESTPORT Many entries from other districts were received for the fourth annual show of the Buller Gladioli and Dahlia Club held at Westport on Saturday. The champion gladiolus was exhibited by Mr. H. Booth, of Inangahua Junction, who was awarded the New Zealand Gladiolus Association’s bronze medal. The premier exhibit in the large gladioli decorative section was awarded to Mr. J. Pupich (Westport), while the award for the small gladioli was won by Mr. A. A. Wilkinson (Westport). Mr. O. Jackson (Greymouth) exhibited the premier seedling. Most points in the open section were won by Mr. D. J. Cunningham, and in the amateur section by Mr. Wilkinson. The Jackson Victory Shield was won by Mr. J. Rose (Westport).
