Drafting Peace Treaties.
The Foreign Ministers’ Council, in fixing 150,000,000 dollars as the maximum compensation Greece and Jugoslavia shall each receive from Italy and Bulgaria, has apparently cleared away the last big obstacle in completing the text of the peace treaties for the Axis satellites. The Ministers / have agreed in principle to leave the Greek-Bulgarian frontier unchanged and to settle minor points of the draft treaties. —New York, December 2.
