Fatal Kicks from Horse.
Fatal injuries were received by Paul Anderson, Jeffreys Bryant, a farmer, of Ronga Valley, when he was kicked on the head by a horse late yesterday. Bryant was driving a milk wagon over the upper Ronga bridge when one of the two horses stumbled on a plank. The sudden stop caused the milk cans on the wagon ko be thrown forward on to Bryant, who was pitched under the heels of the struggling horse. He received multiple head injuries and died in the Wairau Hospital this morning.—(P.A.)
