He was tried by Broz-Tito’s Government, charged with various crimes against the Jugoslav State, and sentenced to 16 years’ hard labour, followed by five years’ loss of civil rights. Standing at the right is the Soviet military attache. Between them is the Croatian Premier, Vladimir Bararic.
