A GIRL AND A SWIMSUIT (Rec. 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 23. The girl who was ordered off Bondi beach last week for wearing a blue net swimsuit made another attempt yesterday, but was intercepted by beach inspectors. The girl, who wore briefs under her costume, made her escape from the rear door of the sheds and was whisked to a nearby beach by newspaper and film photographers. When she arrived back at Bondi, wearing another creation, the car was surrounded by a crowd of spectators. Standing on the bonnet, she threw the suit to the crowd, which tore it to pieces as souvenirs. The venture was not exactly a failure, as the girl, who calls herself a swimsuit designer, achieved, photographs in papers and newsreels.
