SETTLEMENT IN AMERICAN ZONE (Rec. 11.20 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 19. A land reform law for the American zone in Germany has been,announced. It is expected to provide 725,000 acres by reducing big estates for settling 1,500,000 refugee Germans driven to the American zone in the past year. /
