DE GAULLE AGAIN
ENTERS ARGUMENT ON CONSTITUTION (Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 19. General de Gaulle’s decision to support the parties which are against the proposed constitution will have profound repercussions in the Constituent Assembly, says the Exchange Telegraph’s Pgr is correspondent. The Premier, M. Bidault, is known to favour the constitution, but the party’s majority stand by General de Gaulle. They are expected to join with the Radical and other Centre parties in the demand for a second reading of the constitution so that they may introduce amendments,.
